Course Overview
On completion of this WSQ course on Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Level A, participants will acquire the essential WSH knowledge and skills to assist in the implementation of WSH Management System (WSHMS) in the company with the ability to identify, control and manage WSH hazards. The knowledge is mainly factual and procedural which requires only basic comprehension skills.
This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to work in the WSH industry. Participants of this course will gain the knowledge and skills for fulfilling the role of a representative of an organisation/company in accordance with the WSH act & regulations and WSH level A competency-based training programme.
Target Participants
Anyone whose roles and responsibilities are:
- Workplace Safety and Health leaders or representatives among the workers.
- Individuals pursuing their interest to implement Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) programmes for their organisation.
- Individuals pursuing a certificate in WSH.

Certification
Written test, oral questioning and practical performance to test the application of knowledge.
Upon successful completion of the WSH Level A certification course in Singapore, the participants will be awarded a statement of attainment (SOA) certificate by WDA.
